"Mia, I sincerely apologize. I spoke with Edgar and he accidentally transferred you to a number that he has on speed dial for online support and that number has changed. I have spoken him to verify numbers are working to do a warm transfer before he connects the call. With the online bill payments, State Farm just changed internal systems company-wide for business policies last month so our online platforms for business policies have changed as well. Mary called our Business Dept to have them walk her through finding a solution. She believes she has fixed the problem so she just left a message and texted you because we will need you to verify it’s working on your end.
