"Not good service. I have called and emailed them over the years because they have the wrong apartment number on file. Every time I get new insurance cards, it still has the wrong apartment number. If you email them, they also do not call back. I am switching branches because the service was NOT good."

"I moved from out of state and needed to get my State Farm insurance in Texas, I found Alison’s office had great reviews. The first woman I spoke to, the receptionist was so kind. We had a great conversation. She set an appointment for an account manager to call me back. Samantha called me about an hour later…she was great to work with. Super timely, very knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful. She walked me through my current coverage and how I could potentially lower my rate. She went in depth with the coverage I have and gave her expert opinion. Fastest I’ve ever gotten insurance done. I absolutely would recommend working with Alison’s team, specifically Samantha.
